Visual change for penalties (Grid - Layered Grid Graph)

Hello,

While finally working more with the penalty system in the game. I noticed that the Debug view for penalty does not ignore nodes that aren’t walkable. So in extreme cases ( though not uncommon ) it seems like the system is not working ( visually ).
