URP Transparent rendered below lines, no matter the queue

I did see this here after searching - Using Post Processing with URP : lines are not hidden when behind gameobjetcs - but whatever that was looked to be solved.
However my situation with a URP Unlit (transparent) material, doesn’t seem to work. I can change the materials queue even to 5000 and it won’t show in front of the drawn lines, that looking at the material should be at 2000. Opaque works, but not Transparent.


Drawing in front of things relies on the z-buffer. Often transparent things do not render to the z buffer for various reasons. You can enable rendering to the z buffer in your transparent material and it will work properly.
