Units are circulating around destination when using RVO

When multiple units are trying to get to the same position, those who cannot reach it because their way is blocked are just circulating around. I saw on old posts around here that AIPath used to have checkbox named “Stop when destination is crowded” but I don’t have it so I guess there is an alternative now.
