Two second delay before agents will use Off Mesh Links

It’s possible I’ve set something up wrong, but so far I haven’t been able to track down a cause.

I’m using a Recast Graph, along with a Point Graph for off mesh links. What I’m finding is that for almost exactly two seconds after scene load, my agents won’t consider any of the point graph’s links to be valid for navigation. They all start in some direction using only the Recast Graph’s navigation. Two seconds later, they realize they can use the links, and change their paths accordingly. I’m repathing the agents every 0.25 seconds, but it’s only after two seconds that the path follows any links.

Does this sound like anything you’ve heard of before?
