Trying to get stair recognision

Hello, i have stairs in my project, How can i accurately account for them? It doesnt seem to work and im not sure how to get the mesh to only follow the stairs. I am using the free version not the pro version. here is a picture of the problem.

i would also like to fix the none-blue part under my second floor. is it possible to have this detectable as navigational tiles too? thank you!


It looks like you are using a grid graph with a huge node size. Try to reduce your node size to get better resolution.

Also note that for the grid graph to handle multi-layered worlds, you will need to use the Layered Grid Graph (available in the pro version).
