I am thinking to sell a Point And Click engine like Adventure Creator, i tried to implement my own PathFinding algoritm, but i failed. Then i thinking to use the free versión of this package in my engine. Can i do it?
Obviusly if my package is sucessfull i can buy the pro version too. But, in this case, a developer that purchase my package, it will purchasing the pro version too, is this correct?

You are not allowed to include either the free version or the pro version in your package. However, you can tell your customers that my package is a dependency of yours, and ask them to download it from the official source (asset store/this website).
