Rotation slow when rotation is large

So I am using the recast graph and the AIPath script and the rotation is really slow when the rotation is large. In this you can see when doing close to 180deg turn, it is really slow but closers to 90deg turn seem fine:

Not sure what I am missing, I would expect the rotation to be a consist speed and not differ just because how much I am rotating. Am missing something or is this expected?
