One Way Links not working?

I have a recast graph set up, with links that connect the different platforms (i put links on the stairs).

This works well to link the parts, but it seems to be ignoring the one way property, and will go down the stairs even if marked one way from bottom to top.

is that a bug? is there a different setup i need?

This is a serious block for me right now, can I get any sort of feedback on the issue?
