Local Avoidance with weight and/or strength

If I wanted some of my agents to be harder to push around by other agents, how would you recommend I go about doing that? Basically I think I want the agents to have a weight and potentially a strength they push others with. I’m using Agent Time Horizon to try and have them pushed less but I’d like for some agents to just apply less force to others, and vice versa. Is something like that possible outside of the Agent Time Horizon settings?

The Agent Time Horizon setting is the field that has the most effect on that. There is not that much else that can be done unfortunately.
