How to fill in empty node or delete nodes after bake Recast Graph

I want to bake the node hole shown in the image in the recast graph once baked by connecting the node hole to the node next to it or removing the hole, is it possible to bake it in editor mode, not in playing mode?

When you say bake, do you simply mean scanned? Or are you referring to baked to a file? In either case you should be able to patch the hole if you rescan the area with no obstacles in it, in both the Editor and during runtime if needed.
