How Rvo Controller avoid other rvo with Locked


I have multi enemy with rvo controller at the Scene, when enemy is attacked, it will stop move at the position.
(Rvo Controller is set to “Locked when not move”)
Now i have a question is other enemy will no avoid this enemy correction. They will keep trying to push this enemy to walk. (But i dont want this enemy walking, so when enemy attacked the move will not function)
Any solution for this?

The latest beta has some functionality that improves this behavior.
