How Can i surround Target Unit?

I want my Units attack like 0:32.
Should i change move logics use RVO controller?

I’m using startpath only now. it’s 2d game.


As shown in the image below, the unit in front is being pushed from the back.

If the path in front is blocked, I want to find an empty space to the left and right and go to the location where the attack range is reached.


The video you posted uses the beta version and its new local avoidance features. Specifically all agents that are attacking are marked as “locked” on their RVOController. The beta version has improved avoidance of locked agents which results in the look you see in the video.
