Deterministic RNG Support for RandomPath

I would like to request support for supplying a custom random-number source to RandomPath, so the caller can control seeding and produce deterministic results. The package is well-structured, but RandomPath currently hardcodes its own readonly System.Random rnd = new System.Random(), which makes deterministic behaviour impossible. Exposing an interface for the RNG would solve this cleanly.
