Ai is stuck on collider2d

Hello,

I tried entering this question into the forum a couple times, but didn’t find what I was looking for. I’ve got a sprite that uses the grid graph for its path finding however if it clips a wall it will get stuck and try to move towards the wall even though the path is obviously not in that direction. I’ve made the ai’s box collider 2d use a slippery material. Not sure what could be going wrong. Does this problem sound familiar to anyone?

It might be the ‘pick next waypoint distance’ field that is set too high.
