Input Performance issues with 4.3.26

I upgraded from 4.2.15 to 4.3.26 through the package manager in Unity 2019.3 which of course added all the new dependencies as well and somehow it is affecting my input system for the player where even though my framerate is in the hundreds the input is laggy and is queuing actions when it shouldn’t be. For instance holding W to move forward or rotating with the mouse if I let go it will continue as if W is still pressed and the mouse is still rotating but will eventually stop after the queue is emptied. If I disable Pathfinder it returns to normal. I am using Rewired not sure if that makes a difference.

Disregard, turned out to be a USB/IRQ issue caused by Oculus Rift hardware
