TimeScale Aligned to surface Problem

Hey, I have a problem. When I timeScale = 0, some of my GameObject with Aligned to surface just fall (raycast doesnt work for a frame maybe ? Something like this, idk. The weird thing is not all of my gameobjects fall.

Yes, but when i timescale = 1, sometimes they fall
