I right clicked on the “unwrap” attribute as shown in the picture, but there is no online document button, just the copy and paste menu, is there something I need to do if I need to use that feature like that? Or is my version of unity incorrect?

Indeed, this has not been working for several releases because of Unity limitations.
However, in the latest beta it is now back!
