Local Avoidance example scene has runtime errors & memory leaks

I’m trying to run the Local Avoidance example scene and getting runtime exceptions. Is this broken for others, or am I missing something in my local setup? I’m a bit surprised, given the overall quality of this asset. I suspect I need to adjust something locally.
Environment: BIRP v2022.2.16
A* version 5.1.4

That’s a bug in the version of burst that you are using. Upgrading unity and/or burst typically solves it. But you can also usually work around it by restarting unity.
