Get agent back on recast graph after navmeshcut

I have lots of dynamic objects in my scene and am currently using navmeshcut on them which is working fine.

However in some cases an agent can find themselves inside a cut area, then when they try to find a path to their next target they are stuck. If I manually drag the agent back onto a node they will get going again.

Are there recommended ways of recovering agents in that case?


They shouldn’t get stuck unless your A* Inspector → Settings → Max Nearest Node Distance was set very low. Do you have a screenshot of this issue (preferably together with the graph)
