Downloadable documentation?

Hello, is there a downloadable version of the docs? I tend to work somewhere with spotty internet connections and the files in the “Documentation” folder seem to be empty. It looks like plain HTML docs so I was hoping there’d be something like that available.

Normally there is only the online documentation.
