Adding RVO Controller no longer uses RichAI settings

So the documentation claims the RVO Controller is compatible with RichAI, but as soon as I attach the RVO Controller to the character he no longer moves in the way he used to move when i had setup the values in RichAI.

Both components have max speed and rotation speed, so which one takes priority? Seems they have conflicting settings here.

Also when using RVO Controller as the character reaches the destination he goes in circles around the target point, but without the RVO Controller he acts perfectly fine, so it seems RVO Controller has some issues here.
