Units "Worming" when moving to same area

I have an issue with the AI that is a bit annoying. If I have a large group of AI and send them from area A to area B, they will all use the same path since that is the shortest path I assume. This creates a “worm” effect, where they all walk in a long line, before eventually seperating to their own individual destinations.
I tried adding a noise texture to the graph, but doesnt seem to help.

Any ideas how to solve this?
