Path generated where it shouldn't be


Despite not being tagged as “Ground”, the path is generated on an object. I even added a NavmeshCut to it, but that does not change anything.


Navmesh cuts are only applied during runtime, that’s why you don’t see it removing things.

Note that in the recast graph settings, it will include all objects which are in the specified layer mask or has any of the given tags.
