RVO snappy/jittery rotation even when not colliding

On version 4.2.16 using a recast graph w/ RichAI agent.

Enabling the RVO controller causes snappy/jittery rotation even when the agent is the only one in the scene. Here’s what it looks like set to the default 20 FPS simulation: https://puu.sh/IppWA/a928fb5c0d.mp4

Instead of smoothly rotating towards the desired direction it seems to snap in increments. Here’s what it looks like with the RVO controller disabled: https://puu.sh/IppXL/fce3c2f080.mp4

Is there any way to eliminate the snappiness of the RVO controller without cranking the simulation FPS way up? Being a bit snappy when resolving avoidance is fine, but when agents are just moving normally I’d love to have it be smooth. Thanks!
