Maximum vertical height of Grid Graph?

I have a Grid Graph over a large terrain, which works fine until the “mountains” reach too high, in which case the Scan seems to not create any more nodes after at a certain height. The terrain is OK, moving up the grid center allowed me to generate the nodes correctly, but of course the “bottom” of the valley then wasn’t covered by the grid.

Where can I adjust this height limit? I haven’t found anything in settings or docs.

Nevermind, I found it, sorry. It is Ray Length within height testing… pretty clearly named but I couldn’t see it for some reason.
