Help With RVO Component Moving to new Scene

So I have a game that the pets have a RVO component attached along with AIPath and target scripts. I’ve isolated the problem to the RVO component. When I change scenes I warp the pets and there is a new grid in the scene. Now if I remove the rvo component then the pets follow the player normally. But if I keep the RVO component on the pets - the pets will not follow the player in the new scene - or if I go back to any other scene after moving scenes. Any thoughts?

Do you make sure that the RVOSimulator component also survives?

It survives as an active component on the pet when I change scenes
