Does this not work in VR?

I was hoping to use this in VR, but nothing at all shows up in the headset. I see it in the game view on screen, but even there it looks weird:

Almost looks as if it doesn’t update correctly when it (or the camera) moves?

This is in Unity 2019.3.14f1 with URP 7.3.1

Hi

Thanks for reporting this.
This is due to a change in how the URP works. I have already fixed this in my dev version and the fix will be included in the next update.

I’m on the latest version, but I still can’t see it in VR. If I run it with VR disabled I can see it in the game view, but if I enable “Virtual Reality Supported” in the Player Settings, there’s no trace of it to be found when viewed through the headset.

Hi

Hmm… That’s odd. It did work for me in Unity 2020.x at least.
There was another user that reported that it wasn’t visible in one eye though. I will have to do some more digging.

I also don’t see anything in headset. I’m using a Rift S.

Hi

I have fixed a number of bugs related to VR rendering and render pipelines and I have submitted this update to the asset store. If all goes well the 1.2.3 update should be live on the asset store in a few days.
I think this will solve all the problems.
