Distance gizmo in pink is looking for different axis when moving towards Z

When moving character, there is a gizmo on top of the object, which is representing the distance between target and seeker i assume. In my case, when character moving sides(X) gizmo is aligned in right coordinate, but when i move forward(Z), it is moving with Y axis(up and down instead of back and front). I might be missing something but couldn’t figure out how to fix that. Made a little search but also didn’t find any similar issue.
